Role Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing and executing Cisco's business strategy in Indonesia's New Capital / Digital Government space. This includes identifying and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals. The BDM will also be responsible for developing and managing Cisco's partner ecosystem in this space.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the New Capital / Digital Government space
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, IT decision-makers, and partners
- Close deals and manage the sales cycle
- Develop and manage Cisco's partner ecosystem in the New Capital / Digital Government space
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the New Capital / Digital Government space
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong experience working with Indonesia's Public Sector, Government Linked Companies or State Owned Enterprises
- Good understanding of Indonesia's New Capital / Digital Government initiative
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure projects
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Proven ability to close deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
