Coordinator of Admissions and Marketing Department

Job Description: The CAMD will be responsible for driving the members of the department to work efficiently and effectively to achieve the student enrollment target of each academic year. The CAMD must produce a yearly strategic plan for marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure school student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with the school recruitment policies and standards
• Knowledgeable on the schools’ programs and curriculum
• Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end-to-end including but not limited to:
• Coordinate school tours/visits
• Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status
• Facilitate parent meeting with Principal -ensures an enquiry proforma is completed
• Coordinate student application and placement testing for prospective students
• Coordinate interviews with Principal and/or HOS
• Conducting presentations to prospective parents and students
• Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details and a funnel of all prospective new student intake in the computerized school management system
• Conducting surveys regarding customer satisfaction that will be measurable to improve the process of admissions and communications between parents and school
• Ensure that appropriate documentation and information on all aspects of the school are current and readily available
• Attend promotional events such as education exhibitions in support of the AMD
• Support other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• To develop various local channels of marketing in support of school’s roll target
• Cold calling potential parents

Requirements:

• Active and fluent in English speaking
• Customer oriented, good communication skills, responsible
• Good computer and IT skills: microsoft office, google drive
• Marketing/Sales experience
• Must maintain a professional and polished presentation of themselves
