DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Senior Manager to join our dynamic team at DMK Group Indonesia (www.dmkgroup.co.id). As the Finance Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the financial health and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and assess financial performance against key metrics.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and board members.

1. Risk Management:

• Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and objectives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis for business expansion or new initiatives.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, offering financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
